rDNS

You can configure your server's rDNS in two locations, the Server Control Panel and the Client Area. Changing it in one location will also show in the other, so it's just a matter of convince or comfort.

Using the Client Area

After logging into the Client Area, you'll want to select your service from the "Your Active Products/Service" box located on the home page or from the "Services → My Services" page on the navbar.

Once there, you'll want to scroll down until you find the "IP Assignments" box, which should look similar to the one in the image below.

With the "IP Assignments" box located, you can click on the "RDNS" column for the IP you want to edit and change the rDNS value to the one you need.

Using the Server Control Panel

After Logging In to the Server Control Panel you'll want to select the server you want by clicking on the value in the servername column. When you click on it, you should see the "IP Management" tab of your server, which will look similar to the image below.

You can now click on the "RDNS" entry for the IP you want to edit.
