How do you offer competitively priced hosting?

Since we started in 2012 the team at HostVenom always strived to maximize client value. Our company has invested in company owned geared in order to achieve this mission and partnered with providers that share our values for service standards.

How does HostVenom provide Support?

Support is available through our portal and live chat (available on our site).

Do you offer 1/4 or 1/2 rack colocation?

No, we only offer single server colocation or full rack colocation. Customers with multiple servers who are not ready for a full rack can purchase multiple single server colo plans.

Will you announce my IPs?

Yes, we support announcing customer-owned IP space. Please contact support with your prefix details and LOA.

Do you offer BGP sessions?

Yes. BGP sessions are:

• Available for a small additional charge with single server colocation.
• Free upon request with full rack colocation.

What port speeds do you offer, and what's the delivery medium?

• Single Server: 1G or 10G via copper (RJ-45)
• Full Rack: 1G/10G copper and/or 10G/40G fiber
  • Redundant uplinks are available for full rack deployments.
